Working Principle

The main machine drives the main shaft to rotate through the motor and V-belt, which makes the rotor rotate. The rotor is equipped with fixed hammers. After the large pieces of material enter the crushing chamber from the feed port, they are crushed by the high-speed rotating hammers. The qualified materials are discharged from the bottom grate bars, and the unqualified materials remain in the crushing chamber and are discharged as qualified products after repeated action of the hammers and liner plates.
