65Mn steel or Mn13G2 high-manganese steel.
65Mn steel offers high hardness, good wear
resistance, and magnetic properties, while Mn13G2,
after water-toughening treatment, combines high
toughness with strong work-hardening capability,
delivering reliable performance under high-impact
conditions.
The shovel blade features a curved material-guiding design and split replaceable structure, allowing smoother material feeding into the grinding zone while promoting more uniform wear of the grinding roller and ring. When the blade edge wears, only the worn section needs to be replaced, reducing material waste and downtime.
