Barite raw material is first fed uniformly via a vibrating feeder and sent to a crusher for primary crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed to the Zenith MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mill by a bucket elevator for fine grinding. During grinding, hot air generated by the hot-blast stove enters the mill interior to dry the material simultaneously. The ground powder flows with the air stream into the air classifier for precise classification. Qualified fine powder is collected by a pulse dust collector, then transported to the finished product silo via an air slide and elevator. Unqualified coarse powder returns to the mill for re-grinding, forming a closed-circuit grinding system that effectively ensures stable and compliant particle size of the final product.
