Mica, a chemically complex mineral, is an important electrical insulating material with the added advantage of high resistance to high temperatures. Besides, it is flexible, tough, transparent and chemically stable. Mica is usually associated with minerals which must be eliminated in order to produce an acceptable product for the market.

Processing Flow

First stage: Big mica is delivered to hopper, then the material will be delivered into jaw crusher by forklifts or worker, finally the material is broken to a demand size which is no more than the max size of the feed inlet of main unit.

Second stage: Crushed mica is lifted to the hopper by hoist, then transported by feeder.

Third stage: After classified by the classifier, the qualified powder comes out of main unit and enter into the collector through pipes, that is the finished product, however the unqualified parts returns back to the main unit to be grinded again.

Fourth stage: The purified air stream flows into the blower through pipe above the collector. The air duct is circular, it is negative pressure pipe flow, except for the grinding chamber and blower, so indoor air conditions are good.
