Process Flow

The equipment needed for the whole production line mainly includes vibration feeder, jaw crusher, grinder, bucket elevator, belt conveyor etc. The main grinding equipment is MTW European trapezium mill, which is our patented product.

Limestone is evenly sent to jaw crusher by vibration feeder to crush to the required size, then sent to hopper by bucket elevator, and then uniformly and continuously sent to grinder by vibration feeder. After grinding, limestone powder is blown up by wind and classified by separator.

The fineness of limestone powder enters the cyclone collector with the air flow through the pipeline for separation and collection. The collected limestone powder products are fed into the silo by the conveying device for desulfurization. 

The unqualified particles are thrown to the cylinder wall after being separated by the separator and then returned to the mill for grinding after falling along the cylinder wall. The whole system operates under negative pressure, and the dust does not spill over, so it is clean. The power plant has greatly reduced sulfur dioxide emissions, which fully meets the requirements of national environmental protection standards.
