1. Introduction of gypsum powder production line
Gypsum is a versatile material that is indispensable in the field of industrial construction. The gypsum powder production line is obtained by grinding natural dehydrate gypsum ore (raw gypsum) or industrial by-product gypsum (desulfurization gypsum, phosphogypsum, etc.) through a special mill and heating and calcining at a certain temperature to dehydrate and decompose the dehydrate gypsum. Β-hemihydrate gypsum (CaSO4/2H2O) is the main component of the product, that is, building gypsum (passing for plaster).

2. Gypsum powder production line process
According to the process requirements, the gypsum production line is usually divided into five parts: crushing system, material storage and transportation system, grinding system, calcining system and electronic control system.
(1) Crushing system

The gypsum raw material enters the crusher through the feeder, and the crusher breaks the large-sized gypsum ore into small pieces of less than 30mm. According to the size of gypsum raw material and different production requirements, the corresponding specifications of crusher can be selected. For example, PE jaw crushers, PC hammer crushers or PF impact crushers and so on. In order to protect the environment, it can be equipped with dust removal equipment to meet environmental emission requirements.

(2) Material storage and transportation system

The crushed gypsum raw material is transported to the storage bin through the bucket elevator. The storage bin is designed according to the requirements of material storage time to ensure the stable supply of materials. At the same time, all parts of the material are transported by bucket elevator, reducing the floor space.

(3) Grinding system

The main equipment of the grinding is bucket elevator, storage bin, vibrating feeder, mill, screw conveyor, bag filter and so on.
The gypsum raw material in the storage bin enters the mill through the vibrating feeder for further grinding. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is set under the storage bin to adjust the material supply according to the running condition of the mill. Materials are fed into the mill uniformly and continuously by electromagnetic vibration feeder for grinding. The gypsum raw powder after being ground is blown out by the air flow from the blower o and classified by the classifier above the main machine. The powder with fineness conforms to the specification enters the large cyclone collector with the wind flow, and is discharged through the powder discharge tube. The finished product falls into the screw conveyor and is transported to the next system for calcination.

(4) Calcining system
The raw powder transported from the grinding system is conveyed to the boiling furnace for calcination, and the calcined cooked powder is transported by the elevator to the finished product warehouse for later use. The system mainly includes bucket elevator, fluidized furnace, electrostatic dust removal, Roots fan and other equipment.

(5) Electronic control system
The electrical control system adopts the current advanced centralized control, DCS control or PLC control, and each control component uses international famous brand products.

(1).Building materials、 Construction
a:Anhydrite cement and cementitious materials: an appropriate amount of an activator can be used to produce anhydrite cement or cementitious materials, suitable for reinforcement of soft soil foundation, wall painting, mechanical model, tunnel support and production of fiber pressure plates.
b:Used as a solvent and scavenger in glass production processes
c:Used as a filler in industrial production of plastics, rubber, paint, asphalt, linoleum, etc.
d:The main raw material for concrete expansion agents and anti-cracking agents.
(2).Chemical industry
a:Production of sulfuric acid, production of lightweight cement
b:Production of ammonium sulfate, with the production of light calcium carbonate
(3).Agriculture
a:Improve the soil, adjust the ph, suitable for saline-alkali land, red soil and other soil improvement
b: Used as a composite mineral feed additive in poultry and livestock feed.
